Low in Calorie, fat and sugar, this chocolate cake is absolutely amazing. Moreover, you will not feel mega guilty to eat it. Break the dark chocolate in pieces, put it in a bowl, add an inch of water and let it melt 30s in the microwave.
In a salad bowl, mix the butter, the yogurt and the sugar until you get a homogeneous batter.
Add the eggs to this preparation. Beat it for 5 minutes at least
Add the melted chocolate and mix again
Then incorporate the flour and the baking soda to the batter
When smooth, add the pear cubes in the preparation
Let the final batter rest 30 minutes in the fridge
Warm up your oven at 180 C° (380 F°)
Coat with butter and flour a baking pan and pour the batter in it.
Let it cook for 45 minutes.
Use a knife to make sure the cake is cooked. If the blade goes out dry, your cake is ready.
Take it out of the oven and let it cool down
If your cake gets too brown on the top, cover it with aluminium paper, it will prevent it to burn.
