I have been training with Pascaline for about 5 months now and I originally started because I wanted to lose some weight and tone up. Pascaline has really helped me improve my strength and overall fitness. I look forward to training all day long and I love learning new exercises and proper technique. Pascaline makes training fun and it’s hard for me to believe that I went so long without her help.
